These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Novak ("we", "us", the "Site") to browse and purchase Rust game accounts, skins, and bundles. By placing an order or submitting an offer through the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not affiliated with Facepunch or Valve

Novak is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facepunch Studios or Valve Corporation. Rust and Steam are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Platform risk

Buying, selling, or trading Steam accounts may violate the Steam Subscriber Agreement. Using a traded account carries inherent risk, including possible suspension by Steam or Facepunch, entirely outside our control. You accept this risk at your own discretion when you purchase from us.

3. How orders work

Listings marked with a fixed price are purchased directly through our checkout using Stripe (card) or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). Listings marked "Make an Offer" have no fixed price — submitting an offer opens a conversation with us on Discord to agree on a price and payment method before anything is charged. An offer is not a binding sale until we confirm it.

4. Delivery

Delivery is handled manually by our team after payment is confirmed, typically via Discord DM, and is not instantaneous. Expected delivery windows are shown on each product; contact support if delivery is taking longer than stated.

5. Account condition

Accounts and items are sold as described at time of listing (hours, region, skins value, wear/float, etc.) and are otherwise sold "as-is." Once credentials or items are delivered and access is confirmed working, you are responsible for securing the account (changing the password, enabling your own Steam Guard/2FA, etc.).

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Site to commit fraud, attempt chargebacks in bad faith after receiving a working delivery, or resell purchases in a way that misrepresents them. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
